What To Expect

We try very hard to accurately reproduce the colors and textured of the fabrics that are featured on our website. However, digital image and fabric will never match exactly. We feel sure that you will not be disappointed in the fabric quality. If you are, we do offer the option of returning the fabric if return conditions are met.
Hancock's of Paducah will try to provide you with accurate inventory information at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock, we will try to provide you with the best estimate of delivery as provided from the manufacturer of the fabric. It should be noted that many of these fabrics are produced outside of the United States. If your fabric is in stock we will work hard to cut and ship your order within 2 business days. You can expect delivery based on the method of shipment that you choose upon check out.
Hancock's of Paducah assumes that all merchandise will arrive in perfect condition. If the parcel is damaged or a mistake has been made, please Contact Us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be processed within 30 days from original purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in their original state:
    1. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, washed, or contain odors.
    2. Free of imperfections that would result in the item not being in original condition.
  • Please include a copy of the sales order.
  • Returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping charges are not included in refunds.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days for a return processing.
  • The following are not eligible for return:
    1. In-store Purchases.
    2. Special Orders
    3. Book & Patterns
