Frequently Asked Questions

Order Status

To check the status of your order, please log into the My Account section. Go to the Purchases tab, then Purchase History. This section will displays a real-time status of all your orders. See the image for status definitions.
Customers using Guest Checkout will not have access to this information. If you would like access, please create an account using the exact information used in Guest Checkout. Please allow 24 hours for our system to update your account. If you have any issues call us at 1-800-845-8723 for information.

Pre-Ordered & Backordered Items

All items which are pre-ordered or backordered are not charged until the item has been shipped from our warehouse. There are no additional shipping charges on pre-ordered or backordered items. Please check your order confirmation for a backordered item's estimated arrival. If no estimated arrival is listed, please call us for more information.

Cancelled Items

As a last resort, we will cancel an item. Situations we do not control often dictate this option due to the manufacturer’s decision to not re-print certain fabrics. We keep a close relationship with all of our manufacturer's printing schedules, but inevitably this is part of the the fabric industry. No charges are made for items that are cancelled.

Image Scale

We take great pride in reproducing accurate images of our fabrics and all other items. Color and texture are very important in the selection of fabrics. Sizing is equally important and we try to as accurately portray scaled images. However, digital screens will never match exactly. Please do not try to match thread to these pictures. Our qualified staff will be happy to field any questions that you have about an item’s scale or color.


Our minimum cut is ½ yard. All yardages are sold in continuous pieces. In some cases, yardage may be sent in pieces with the prior authorization of the customer. We never send pieces without checking with the customer first. A 1 yard minimum is required for close out sales.

  • Online - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover.
  • In-Store - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
  • We do not accept personal checks.

Sales Tax

  • Online - 6% sales tax will apply to Kentucky residents only.
  • In-Store - 6% sales tax will apply to all purchases.
