If any items from your online/catalog order do not meet your expectations & adhere to our return policy requirements, we will be happy to accept them as a return for a full refund of the merchandise total. Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns.
Returns Policy Requirements - All returns must be processed within 30 days from original purchase. - All items must be returned in their original state. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, or washed from the original state. Fabrics and merchandise must be free of pet hair/odor and any other fragrance or odor (such as smoke) that would result in the item not being in original condition. - Any return not in original condition is subject to refusal or a restocking fee. - Returns on orders over $200.00 will be subject to a restocking fee. - Shipping & handling charges are not included in refunds. - All returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted. - Please include a copy of the sales order indicating the items being returned with the request for refund or exchange. - Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. - Please allow 10-14 business days for a return to process. - Return shipping fees are deducted from any possible refund on a refused or return to sender parcel. Refused/Return to sender parcels are not processed as a standard return and are subject to refusal by our facility. Hancocks of Paducah does not accept responsibility for refused or return to sender parcels. - We do not accept the return of patterns or books due to copyright law. - We do not accept returns from items purchased in our retail store. - We do not accept returns from any special orders.

What To Expect
We try very hard to accurately reproduce the colors and textured of the fabrics that are featured in our catalogs. However, paper and fabrics will never match exactly. Please do not try to match thread to these pictures. Your computer monitor or the printed page of our catalog will render the image of the fabric in a different way than if you were holding the cloth. We try to reproduce each fabric with accurate color and pattern detail. We feel sure that you will not be disappointed in the fabric quality. If you are, we do offer the option of returning the fabric. We reserve the right to change the price of the products we offer at any time. We will try to provide you with accurate inventory information at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock, we will try to provide you with the best estimate of delivery as provided from the manufacturer of the fabric. It should be noted that many of these fabrics are produced outside of the United States. This only adds to the lead times we experience in receiving the fabrics. If your fabric is in stock we will work hard to cut and ship your order within 2 business days. You can expect delivery based on the method of shipment that you choose upon check out. We hope that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If the parcel is damaged or a mistake has been made, please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
