Choice Fabrics Antique Paisley 108 Inch Wide Quilt Back Wine

This fabric is very pretty. Its quite stiff making it easy to handle. The problem for me is the weight. Its thin and light which is not what I usually use.

<br>The quilts I make are intended to be an optional, lightweight, decorative coverlet. Hence I use extra wide flannel as the batting not the normal poofy stuff. For my needs a heavier weight backing fabric is preferred since the top and batting are already light.
