How To Order From Hancock's of Paducah

  • Call Us
    1. Call Toll Free 1-800-845-8723. (or 270-443-4410 for international orders)
    2. A Customer Relations Representative will ask for some general information (i.e. name, address, etc.) and a charge card for your order. Please have this information ready so that your order may be placed more efficiently.
    3. Finally, give the Customer Relations Representative the item number, description of the item, and the quantity you would like to receive.

    1. From your browser type: www.hancocks-paducah.com
    2. Browse through our products, which are organized by both manufacturer and theme. Stock information is shown at the item level. When you find what you like, click “Buy Product.” Then, enter the quantity that you wish to receive and click “Recalculate Total.” You are then free to continue shopping, revise the quantity, remove the item, or check out.
    3. When you have finished shopping, click “Check Out.”
    4. You will then be asked for general information. Please fill in the required information and click “Submit.”
    5. If the information you entered is correct, please click “Order the Above Online.”
    6. Finally, complete the credit card information and click “Order.”

In Paducah, our retail store is located at exit #4 off of Interstate 24. We have 60,000 square feet of shopping space full of fabrics. Join us Monday through Friday from 9 until 5:30 and Saturday from 9 until 3. We would love to have you as our guest!
