Lizzie Keckley was Mary Todd Lincoln's personal seamstress and confidante. The Inaugural ball gown she made for Mrs. Lincoln can be seen in the Smithsonian American History Museum. Designed by Paula Barnes, this quilt measures 46" by 50". Hancock's quilt kit includes the fabrics for the top and binding plus the pattern.
