I have always LOVED this block but as an observer from afar. As usual I had little interest in working with templates and "y" seams. So I can't even tell you my delight when we figured out a mathematical way to make these little beauties without a single template or "y" seam! Enjoy making these most traditional carpenter's wheels blocks without all the work.
